Currently pursuing a dual degree in Psychology and Broadcasting and Media Production at Messiah College, I have always had a passion for sports. I recall watching football games with my father when I was young; both of our heads moving side to side as play moved up and down the field. I didn’t know what was actually happening, but the game had my full attention. My ultimate goal is to become a producer or sports anchor in the broadcasting field, or a sports psychologist. Playing ice hockey for fifteen years and officiating for seven years, ice hockey has shaped me into the person I am today by teaching me valuable lessons and opening numerous doors to meet many inspirational and incredible people. Like the athletes I have previously interviewed, I hope to help pave the way for future women in the sports industry.
